I HAVE A PS2 GAME HAVE FRIEND THAT WILL MODIFIE IT FOR ME THE ONLY QUESTION I HAVE ARE ALL THE MOD CHIPS THE SAME OR WHAT CHIP SHOULD I GET.

No not all mod chips are the same. If you want to know which chips are the best you might want to seek out a different forum. Do a google search for modded PS2's or look up Expert guides.com

Also turn off your cap lock. In most forums all caps is yelling....
