Disable Multisession on Audio CDs

As most audio copy protections are based on a multisession, I think
that Alcohol 120% should have a setting to ignore multisessions on
audio discs.

So, they are not really audio CD's, but rather tricky CD-XA CD's!
Real audio CD's always have just one session.
Not that it is important, just to use the correct terminology.
