I need premastering capabilities ASAP, so if someone could please direct me in the right direction on where to find that standalone utility, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, what about some updates on Premastering support within Alcohol?

Its still at development stage, and it will be introduced to Alcohol when the developers consider it sufficiently debugged.

The pre-mastering feature is not an easy task, it can't be done within a few days, it takes time developing and testing it. You will know when it will be ready to be used by any user.
