I am trying to burn the iso for Vista RC1, but I am having problems. When I select burn on the image burning window, a window pops up and says insert blank dvd into the drive, but the status shows there is already a blank DVD in the drive. No matter what I do, it wont pass this stage.

I can see the problem. You are using an Illegal version of Alcohol. As support relies on sales and since you've decided to steal, you don't get any.
