I am unable to uninstall Alcohol so I can upgrade to Vista. I get error 1316. I followed the suggestions in the FAQs but I get a BSoD when trying to upgrade.

Alcohol does not presently run in Vista

No duh. That is why I am trying to UNINSTALL Alcohol but I get the error when I try to uninstall it.
