DVD comes up as blank?

I've tried burning an image 3 times and have wasted 3 DVDs it appears as everytime I load one into a device be it a computer or DVD player it comes up as a blank disc. But if I go through Alcohol it shows up the image is burnt on the DVD?

Under the General options, try changing the device control from Default to Windows.
