My main problem is to unmount them...i want to move a folder with all the images in them. I made sure they were all unmounted. But it still says the folder is in use and nothing else in the folder would dothat

Sorry, can't replicate your issue. If all images are unmounted then you should easily be able to rename the folder, with or without Alcohol running.

Maybe a bit of a pain, but have you tried renaming the folder in Safe Mode so what ever is using the folder, isn't loaded up, thus allowing you to rename it?

Is there any process running that might be related to broodwar?

Have you tried rebooting? Some copy protection could have interfered with the process or mounting/unmounting that could still be locking the image. We've seen it before with SecuROM locking the drives so an image couldn't be unmounted (though this is obviously a little different as you say they are unmounted).
