C&C 3 Tiberium Wars MDF is 7.67GB. I would very much appreciate any info as to wether it is possible to Split this onto 2 DVD's and then to reassemble on an other PC or must I buy a larger USB Flash Drive. This game is protected by Securom 7.

Perhaps this could be added into future releases of Alcohol 120%

Unfortunately, to do that requires premastering. While this is in the works (and has been for some time), it's not a feature that's presently available. Just use the split image option in Alcohol when making the image, then use Nero to burn the two halves to DVD's.

Or as what yourself suggest: Use a flash drive to copy the split files of the image to another computer, or even just transfer them through network.

You could also use 7zip. It's a free compression application and the ratio isn't bad. Failing that, split the images using ALCOHOL's built in feature, and ensure you specify a size for a type of RW media you have. Then you can burn and transfer one at a time without having to waste a disk to do so.
