Hi

I have just downloaded a trail version which seems to be the latest version. I am trying to copy the latest Harry Potter movie to the computer to save the disk from being damaged but the software doesn't even recognise the disk. There are no error messages or any kind of feed back, the DVD Rom reads teh disk and then the lights stop and nothing happens.

Can you help with this please?

I am happy to buy a copy if I can get it to work.
