I have the latest version of Alcohol120 (v2.0.1) and Zone Alarm (retail 2.0.1.1820) plus the latest Spyware Doctor all installed on Windows 7 ultimate with all the patches. I was able to get Alcohol120 to install by installing it first. Then installed Spyware Doctor and everything worked. Installed Zone Alarm and now I get an error saying "Loading Alcohol Device Drivers failed! Emulation options and native driver interface of Alcohol120% will not be available!"
I do not have the Zone Alarm Force field or its service on. Even when I shut down the Zone Alarm I get the same error. Please help. Thank you!

Please post a complete system report.
If you are a purchased user you can PM to an administrator in order to gain access to the customers' forum, where you will have priority support and no need for posting your system report.

I am a purchased user but what do you mean "PM" to an administrator? Paper mail?

PM = Private Message Anyway even with your partial system report I was able to identify that you are a customer of Alcohol, I have now adjusted your status in the forum, you should now have access to the whole forum.
Concerning your problem, both ZoneAlarm (ForceField service as you mention) and Spyware Doctor causes problems with the communication of Alcohol with SPTD, unfortunately there is not much we can do at our side, I suggest you contact the support of these two softwares concerning the problem. We did already tried to contact ZoneAlarm directly concerning the problem but we are still waiting for a reply...
