Cannot open / use Alcohol 52 virtual drive

Ok so I installed Alcohol 52% on my Win7 Laptop. I created a virtual drive and then tried to mount an ISO image to it. Everything seemed to work fine. I've used alcohol on another PC before and it was working just like I'd expect it to. Then when I go to try to open the virtual drive in windows explorer I get this:

How can I solve this problem?

Just a note- I get the same thing using Virtual Clone Drive. does that mean my image is corrupt?
