What do you mean by offline installer? If you are annoyed by the offers during installation just reject them.

I have tried the online installer and it got blocked by my antivirus (kaspersky) as riskware. =/

Alcohol's installer is safe and doesn't mine any data. Anyway, have you tried installing while not connected to the internet?

There is no other installer. 
If you have problem with Kaspersky antivirus just add it or the folder that it resides in to the exceptions list.

If you read carefully and reject the offers you will get nothing installed without your consent. We don't provide an offline installer for the free versions as these are supported (monetized) by that way. If you order the full version of our product you will surely get an offline installer.
