Write Error - Recovery Needed

Using a Plextor PlexWriter 24/10/40a I came across this error, but I don't know what it means.

The error is a write error which means that your drive is having problems with the blank media, you could try using other blank media or try reducing your write speed, if that doesnt help you could check if there is new firmware for your drive.
